We will begin our morning with a lecture touching on a basic overview of the history of Yoga as an ancient philosophic and spiritual system. We will then touch on ways to incorporate aspects of Yoga into our personal spiritual practices.
The second portion of our time will consist of a guided practice - bringing together the body, mind, and spirit - that can be done seated in a chair.
There will be time for questions and answers at the end of the event.
